Funny you should mention it; I HAVE tried out for the Digimon Xros Wars English dub. Shoutmon WAS one of the characters I auditioned for. Good news, that crap with “Gerry, Dorothy, Edwardo, etc.” isn’t going to happen. The actual dub is being done by Studiopolis and the name changes are nowhere near that bad. The ones with their names changed (as far as I know) are Zenjiro, Taiki, Akarai, and Kirihia. Taiki’s name is only off by one consonant, but Zenjiro, Akari, and Kiriha all have American names. Everyone else has their original name. Oh, and it’s going to be called “Digi Xros” and not “Digi Fusion” or whatever that other dubbing company was going to change it to. Plus, the title is still “Digimon Xros Wars.” (They might change “Xros” to “Cross,” though.)

I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted, but Digimon.EXE is back up and running! We’re currently approaching the halfway point of the first set. Check out the site for more updates.

Sadly, it doesn’t seem like this PSP game will be localized. You can still import it, but it’s too bad that the latest two Digimon World games won’t be brought overseas. I’ll just wait for a new Digimon game to be announced for the 3DS. (And get a localization confirmed.)
Plays when the previous Digimon protagonists team up and attack Quartzmon in Young Hunters. (If you haven’t watched it yet, do it. Now. It’s awesome.)
I’m very disappointed in this song, to be honest. It starts off with a majestic intro, but the vocals are so lacking in power, especially compared to Tagiru Chikara. The chorus doesn’t evoke anything, and the Engrish at the end of it is just bad - not the same way they made “WE ARE KURUSU HAATO” sound good.
These are just my two cents, of course, but for such an epic occasion, you would’ve expected a song with more impact.

…And so did Tagiru’s. Gotta admit, I’ve been waiting for this one a while.

Yuu’s evolution song from Young Hunters came out a few days ago. The techno vibe is really nice.

Six more cards! As any good Digimon fan can tell, it’s the beloved Guilmon line this time. I even went as far as to make both Megidramon and Gallantmon available, so that the Digivolutions can finally start to branch a little.
Gallantmon in particular is subject to the new Biomerge mechanic I came up with. To get more of an understanding of how that works, check out the “Gallant Biomerge” card from the page linked above.
